4 STAR Review for Clay's Quest by Christi Williams

She’ll do anything to get her way.
Tall, elegant and beautiful, Emma Thorpe has wanted a baby for years. The yearning for a child occupies all her thought, her time, her effort, and any money she and her husband can scrape up for medical intervention. After trying and failing to conceive, the solution that finally comes to her is to leave her husband and hope to find a man—any man—capable of fulfilling her deepest desire.
Big, handsome Clay Thorpe isn’t the kind of man to let his wife just wander away. It takes a few months of Emma’s absence from his bed to devise a plan, but he’s determined. Eventually, Clay lures Emma home with a convoluted strategy only he could concoct, involving an antique diamond ring, sex three times a day, and...a turkey baster?

Caution: This is a work of fiction. Please don’t attempt duplicating Clay’s methods!

"I received a complimentary copy of Clay's Quest in exchange for an honest review"

I have to admit this one got a chuckle out of me. As soon as I read the words turkey baster I lost it.

Emma Thorpe has wanted a baby for what seems like forever, but there is just one problem. No matter how hard she and her husband Clay have tried they have been unsuccessful in conceiving a child.  Desperate to have a child Emma makes a decision that could cost her, her marriage, but Clay is willing to fight for his wife and sets out on his quest to get Emma back and give her everything she wants and more.

Clay and Emma are not your typical married couple.  They have a love for each other that is meant to last a life time and a blazing inferno in the bedroom.  Steamy doesn't even touch on what these two can achieve in the bedroom, kitchen or workplace.

Clay's Quest will warm your heart and heat up your kindle.  It's the perfect solution to a cold winter day.

So what does a turkey baster, incubator and condoms have to do with “Clay’s Quest”??? Well, you will have to read this one to believe it.

The Hawk Point series of contemporary Western romances began with the novel Take a Chance on Love, continued with the novel Perilous Promises, and now includes the novella Clay’s Quest, all published by Whiskey Creek Press/Torrid.

Christi Williams writes contemporary sensual romance set in Wyoming. My strong heroines love cowboys, lawmen and heroes of all stripes! I hope you like the Hawk Point romances and will leave me a review. I love hearing from readers, so please contact me here or on my blog or Facebook page or on Twitter.
